Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotional campaigns.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver orders on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
